Share sign up

We offer a 20 week program and a 10 week program, weekly and bi weekly. You may choose to pay all at once, or make weekly payments. If you choose to pay weekly  there is a $2.00 service fee each week that is already included in the total price during purchase. Paying by the week allows you to put your share on hold weeks you cannot pick up. If you need flexibilty please sign up for the pay by the week  auto renew option as it is the easiest to manipulate. The every other week bi-weekly option is best for people who know they want to pick up every other week and not move their schedules around.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY UP FRONT FOR 10 or 20 WEEKS PLEASE BE SURE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THE PROGRAM AS WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE WEEKLY AUTO RENEW PAY BY THE WEEK OPTION

Share Pick Up

Members agree to pick up their box each week at their designated pickup site within the pickup time window. We guarantee boxes during the pickup time. We are not responsible for boxes not picked up during the pickup time. Left boxes will be donated to our partner site. 

Putting a box on hold or changing your order

If you will be going out of town you may either arrange for someone else to pick up your share or go into your account and click on the calendar day that you would like the hold to be placed on. Any changes you would like to make such as add ons or to change share size must be done by midnight 2 days prior to your normal delivery.  As always feel free to contact us if you have any special circumstances and while we can not accommodate every request we will do our very best to try. 

Quality and Satisfaction

  When you become a member of our CSA you are purchasing a share in our farms crops. Please keep in mind that the crops are susceptible to things out of our control, like weather and other growing conditions. It is our mission to produce the highest quality produce we can grow. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our program please let us know what we can do to help, and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.

Unclaimed Shares

Any unclaimed shares that were not properly put on hold will not be credited to your account and will divided among the staff members at the establishment facilitating the drop off, or donated to a local family in need or local soup kitchen.  

Cancellation Policy

Most CSA programs do not allow people to cancel as we as farmers plan our crops based on membership. That said we do let people cancel if they pay by the week, although we encourage people to stick it out for the season. If you are unsure please do a little research about CSA programs to see if it is something you really want to participate in as it is not for everyone.

Privacy Policy

At Vizcarra Family Vineyards LLC, we respect your privacy absolutely. You have our word that we will not sell, barter, give away, or rent out your personal information to anyone, ever.

The contact information you provide is for our use only. The software we use to operate our online Shop ("CSAware", by LocalHarvest.org) employs industry-standard security measures, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all pages where your personal information is required. Your credit card information is made available only to our credit card processing company, as is necessary to facilitate payment of your order. Once payment for your order is processed, your credit card number is permanently discarded from the CSAware servers to prevent any potential unauthorized use. For automatically renewing orders, we use the third party credit card processor proprietary customer information management system to store and protect your credit card information on their secure servers.
